Job Summary:
Validates all customer applications to ensure accuracy, legitimacy of documents, and completeness before activation. Plays a critical role in preventing fraud and ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities
- Review customer-submitted forms, IDs, and supporting documents.
- Verify identity, address, and eligibility for the selected service plan.
- Check completeness and clarity of documents before encoding.
- Validate billing information, payment arrangements, and customer profile.
- Coordinate with sales team for missing requirements or corrections.
- Approve or reject applications based on company guidelines.
- Maintain a log of validated accounts and report discrepancies.
Must Have
- Knowledge of telecom service types and requirements is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in documentation, verification, or billing validation preferred.
- High attention to detail and integrity.
