Job Summary:
Serves as the first point of contact for walk-in customers. Assists with inquiries, presents service plans, processes applications, and ensures a smooth and professional customer experience. Responsible for guiding customers through the end-to-end application process at the office.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Present and explain available plans, promos, and service options.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable service plans.
- Guide customers through filling out application forms and gathering requirements.
- Conduct initial document checking before turning over to the validator.
- Provide consistent updates to customers about their application status.
Must Be
- Knowledgeable of telecom services or basic tech concepts is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Well-organized and able to assist multiple customers at once.
- Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills.
Additional Responsibilities
- Process payments for applications, installations, or other transactions.
- Encode customer information into the system, if required.
- Coordinate with backend sales, validation, and technical teams for scheduling.
- Ensure proper queue management and maintain a smooth customer flow.
- Handle basic billing or service inquiries and escalate complex concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and workflow efficiency at the frontline area.
