Job Summary: 

Serves as the first point of contact for walk-in customers. Assists with inquiries, presents service plans, processes applications, and ensures a smooth and professional customer experience. Responsible for guiding customers through the end-to-end application process at the office. 

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Present and explain available plans, promos, and service options.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable service plans.
  • Guide customers through filling out application forms and gathering requirements.
  • Conduct initial document checking before turning over to the validator.
  • Provide consistent updates to customers about their application status.

Must Be

  • Knowledgeable of telecom services or basic tech concepts is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Well-organized and able to assist multiple customers at once.
  • Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Process payments for applications, installations, or other transactions.
  • Encode customer information into the system, if required.
  • Coordinate with backend sales, validation, and technical teams for scheduling.
  • Ensure proper queue management and maintain a smooth customer flow.
  • Handle basic billing or service inquiries and escalate complex concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness and workflow efficiency at the frontline area.
