Job Summary: 

Provides remote troubleshooting, technical support, and coordination between customers, installers, and backend teams to ensure smooth technical operations.  

Must Have

  • Background in IT, telecom tech support, or network operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking ability.


Responsibilities

  • Perform remote diagnostics for customer internet or landline issues.
  • Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps.
  • Dispatch field technicians and assign job orders as needed.
  • Monitor network performance and escalate irregularities.
  • Document technical reports and update system logs.
  • Assist with configuration, modem provisioning, and system checks.
