Outside Plant Technician

Job Summary:
Handles installation, maintenance, and repair of network components located on poles or outdoor environments, ensuring network stability and quality.
Must Have
- Experience in OSP (Outside Plant) operations is preferred.
- Skilled in fiber splicing, cabling, and network diagnostics.
- Must be comfortable working on elevated platforms or ladders.
- Knowledge of safety procedures for fieldwork.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain cables, fiber lines, and telecom equipment on poles.
- Conduct line testing, splicing, and signal quality checks.
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on outdoor lines.
- Troubleshoot service interruptions related to the physical network.
- Ensure safety protocols when working at heights or outdoors.
