Job Summary: 
Responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing service requests, and supporting the sales team through accurate documentation and backend system updates. Ensures a smooth customer experience from application to activation. 

Qualifications: 
Preferably with experience in customer service or telecom backend operations. Strong communication and documentation skills. Computer literate; familiar with CRM systems is a plus. Able to multitask and handle high-volume workloads.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging channels.
  • Process new applications, plan changes, upgrades, and disconnections.
  • Encode customer information into CRM or billing systems accurately.
  • Assist sales frontliners with account creation, tracking, and validation. 

Must Also be able to

  • Provide product information, service updates, and billing explanations.
  • Coordinate with technical and field teams for installation or repair schedules.
  • Monitor pending customer requests and ensure timely completion.
  • Handle customer complaints following standard protocols.

Nice to have

  • Experience in customer service or telecom backend operations.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
