Job Summary:
Responsible for on-site installation of internet or landline services at customer premises, ensuring proper setup and excellent service quality.
Musts
- Experience in fiber installation services.
- Knowledgeable of routers, cabling, and optical fiber is a plus.
- Physically fit.
- Willing to travel for on-site visits
- Experience in home technical services
Responsibilities
- Install internet/telephone lines at customer homes.
- Set up modems, routers, ONTs, and internal wiring.
- Conduct line testing and signal evaluation.
- Educate customers on basic device usage and troubleshooting.
- Report installation results and submit job order completion.
- Troubleshoot basic connection issues if needed.
