Job Summary:
Provides remote troubleshooting, technical support, and coordination between customers, installers, and backend teams to ensure smooth technical operations.
Must Have
- Background in IT, telecom tech support, or network operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and multitasking ability.
Responsibilities
- Perform remote diagnostics for customer internet or landline issues.
- Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps.
- Dispatch field technicians and assign job orders as needed.
- Monitor network performance and escalate irregularities.
- Document technical reports and update system logs.
- Assist with configuration, modem provisioning, and system checks.
