SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE (Backend)

Job Summary:
Responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing service requests, and supporting
the sales team through accurate documentation and backend system updates. Ensures a
smooth customer experience from application to activation.
Qualifications:
Preferably with experience in customer service or telecom backend operations.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Computer literate; familiar with CRM systems is a plus.
Able to multitask and handle high-volume workloads.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging channels.
- Process new applications, plan changes, upgrades, and disconnections.
- Encode customer information into CRM or billing systems accurately.
- Assist sales frontliners with account creation, tracking, and validation.
Must Also be able to
- Provide product information, service updates, and billing explanations.
- Coordinate with technical and field teams for installation or repair schedules.
- Monitor pending customer requests and ensure timely completion.
- Handle customer complaints following standard protocols.
